Anurag Banthia is a Director of Manu Yantralaya (P) Ltd. She is associated with the company since its inception and has an extensive experience in overall management of the organization. Mrs. Banthia holds a Master Degree in Economic (Honors). Her area of specialization includes administration and human resource management. Her ability to create warmth in the organization has been the key strength of MANU. She has been a key driver in creating an ecosystem for sustainable growth. She is an art-lover & a very good painter.

Ashok Mandolia has 20 years of experience in the areas of finance & strategic planning, corporate accounting and taxation, audit, general administration and management. M.K. Banthia is the Managing Director & Founder of the company. He has over three decades of extensive industrial experience in the Bearing Industry. Mr. Banthia is Gold Medalist of his Mechanical Engineering Batch from Malviya Regional Engineering College (now MNIT), Jaipur. After completing his education, he worked for almost 18 years in various bearing companies in India. During his service, he also stayed in Japan for almost a year where he got trained on bearing and its components design and manufacturing. Later he founded Manu Yantralaya at Jaipur initially to manufacture gaskets for spark plugs. He is responsible for overall research & technology activities of the company. He is associated with various social organizations & is a generous donor.

U.B. Sadanand holds a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with over 25 years of experience in the field of Bearing & allied industries.
